Subscribe to our membership plan and I’ll spin up your project board within about an hour (during business hours). I’ll request WordPress admin, staging (if any), and hosting or SFTP access at that time as well.

I’m an Automattic alumni and have been developing for WordPress for over 15 years. LoopTask is a solo studio, so there are no handoffs or outsourcing. Just direct, friendly collaboration.

Pile them on! Add as many task cards as you like. I’ll tackle them one by one in priority order.

Your time never goes to waste. Billing runs on a 31‑day cycle. Use 21 days, pause, and you still have 10 days banked to use anytime. Resume when you’re ready.

Big projects are broken into smaller tasks and clear milestones so they’re easy to review. You’ll see steady, reviewable progress every 24 to 48 hours.

I use a modern WordPress stack: PHP 8+, WordPress 6.x, Block Editor, WooCommerce.

All code follows WordPress PHPCS standards.

For WooCommerce payments we’ll use the official plugins for whichever payment gateway you choose. Stripe and Paypal are usually safe bets, but we can adjust as needed for other gateways.

When you subscribe and provide access to your site, I’ll typically set up an exact copy as a staging site. If you have an extremely large/enterprise site, we’ll adjust as needed to accommodate that.

Once I complete work, I’ll deploy it to staging for your review. Once you review and approve, then I’ll deploy to your production site. All completed code and assets live in your accounts. You own everything, and you don’t need an active subscription to keep your site running.

You’ll create tasks in our project management system. Share details about your request, link Google Docs, attach screenshots, or record a quick Loom/screencast. If it can be linked or uploaded, it works!

If you’re unfamiliar with using project management software, no worries; we have excellent documentation and sample requests to check out.

We’ll work together to get it perfect! I’ll revise within the agreed scope until it feels right.

I focus on WordPress and WooCommerce so I can do my best work. I don’t take on tasks like:

• Non‑WordPress platforms or native mobile apps
• Ongoing server administration or custom DevOps
• Copywriting, SEO link building, or paid ads management
• Emergency malware cleanup or 24/7 on‑call support
• Unsupported payment gateways or custom processors

If there’s something you need help with that I’m not able to assist with, I’m happy to refer you to other trusted providers in my network to help.

That’s totally fine! I’ll get it done, then you can pause and save your remaining days for later.

If work hasn’t started in your current cycle, I’m happy to refund it. Once work begins, refunds aren’t available, but pausing keeps your remaining time safe to use for future work.
